The Multimedia Room has done a fantastic job for THE FARRIS WHEEL!  We opened our doors in March of 2006 and quickly realized that we needed a website.  I accepted quotes from several different Web Design companies, but Lisa & Sean sold me with their personal attention to detail.   We needed a website that allowed for e-commerce, so our customers could see all of our delicious candies, nuts, and gifts … and then place their orders directly online.  

What I am most pleased about is that Sean & Lisa catered to my needs.  I had hundreds of questions while deciding what I wanted, and they were patient and very helpful in guiding my decisions as to what would work best for our website.  I had very definite ideas as to how I wanted the website to look.  They were willing to listen to my ideas and build the site according to my specifications, yet they also pointed out several aspects of my design that were not efficient and might detract from the site.  Their honesty and professionalism were very appreciated.

As with any major undertaking, there are going to be glitches and problems along the way.  The Multimedia Room has done an excellent job in correcting any errors or problems within the website - whether the mistake was because of something I had done or not.  They are prompt in their responses to any inquiries I have … and let me say that in today’s world of constant emails it’s very nice to know that I can email a question to them knowing that I will receive a prompt response back.
